Jaime Parker, Ph.D. is Co-Founder of Avidity Wellness Consulting and Events, Assistant Director of the Wellness Council of Arizona and a Group Fitness Instructor at the Village Health Clubs. She has been a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for over 20 years as well as an educator in both elementary and university classrooms. She also holds certificates in Nutrition Fundamentals and Holistic Fitness.

Jaime is an accomplished runner, finishing more than 45 full marathons (multiple time Boston qualifier) and dozens of shorter distances in addition to several triathlons. She is also an avid hiker, completing the rim to rim journey of the Grand Canyon as well as the Phoenix 7-Summit Challenge.

She specializes in endurance training, multi-functional cross training plans, and plant-based nutrition in addition to many other areas of wellness. Helping others overcome personal obstacles and achieve their goals is one of the many joys she has found in her years of training and educating!
